BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty was back on the famous red sofa with co-host Charlie Stayt when she took a playful swipe at colleague Mike Bushell
Hosting with Charlie Stayt, the pair brought viewers up to speed with global news from the red sofa on Saturday . Mike Bushell was there to bring updates on Olympic happenings as athletes ramped up for the second-last day of events in Paris.
Concluding his sports slot, Mike said: "And I know you enjoyed that too as well Naga, the Breaking. A really great addition to the games I think." However, Naga teased: "But you are tempted to trying it." Matt confessed: "Well yeah, in the privacy in my own room." To which Naga cheekily countered: "Yeah probably better that way", followed by Charlie wrapping up the discussion with a thankful "Mike, thank you very much."
BBC viewers had to adjust their morning routine, with the news programme on Saturday only airing for 45 minutes, from 6am to 6.45am on BBC One. To continue watching, they were prompted to switch over to BBC Two, as the channel shifted its focus to broadcast the eagerly anticipated Paris 2024 Olympics coverage.
