BBC Breakfast host Ben Thompson was left concerned for an 'upset' arrival during this morning's instalment
A BBC Breakfast presenter expressed his worries concerning an "upset" guest, mentioning that he "doesn't have to be here."
Towards the latter part of the programme, animal handler Stuart Phillips made an appearance with detection dogs Yo-yo and Scamp - both of whom have received recognition similar to an OBE for animals. Yet, in the midst of discussing their achievements, the conversation paused when one of the hosts noticed something amiss with one of the canines, reports the Express.
Ben then added fuel to the concern by stating: "If he's upset we can give him a bit of a break." The dog's handler then clarified Scamp's behaviour: "He's been retired for over a year now so he just prefers staying at home these days," prompting Rachel to joke, "And you've dragged him out on a Sunday morning!"
