BBC Breakfast was presented a little differently today as field reporter Sarah Rogers fought back tears while paying tribute to the young victims of a brutal stabbing attack in Southport
BBC Breakfast took a poignant turn this weekend as field reporter Sarah Rogers struggled to hold back tears while paying tribute to the young victims of a brutal stabbing attack in Southport.
Transitioning to her, Ben stated: "Tensions have escalated since the killing of three young girls in Southport last Monday." Clearly emotional, Sarah managed to deliver a flawless segment though her eyes seemed to well up at certain points throughout the report. The reason was evident, with chalk tributes and messages to the young girls etched on the pavement beneath her, reports the Mirror.
