BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty had to reassure viewers as she explained that her colleague was "working" amidst the chaos of storm Darragh.
As the nation was advised to remain indoors until the storm subsided, the programme provided updates on the hardest-hit regions across the country. In addition, Jon Kay was reporting from Cardiff, sharing his experience with the weather. Following his segment, Naga quickly intervened to assure viewers that although Jon was outside, he was there because of his job, reports the Express.
During the weather segment, presenter Oli Constable struggled to deliver his report from a blustery Bangor, battling against the rain and wind. On camera, Oli managed to say: "You can see it's really difficult to stay up right."
