Shay Kaur Grewal heads up BBC Radio London's swimming team raising money for this year's appeal.
As part of this year's BBC Children in Need, teams across BBC Local Radio are being asked to complete a 1,000-mile swimming challenge to help raise money.
Afternoon presenter Shay Kaur Grewal and BBC Weather presenter Kate Kinsella are leading the BBC Radio London team, with the challenge set to take place over four days from 4 November.
