Storylines saw tales of kidnapping, infidelity, arson - and Mia dangled over the roof of Manchester’s Renaissance Hotel. Packed with love, rivalry and betrayal it featured a stellar cast, many of whom have gone on to become big names in TV and Hollywood, as Hull Live previously reported. Speaking to the Mirror, Sarah shared: "For a long time, we were scared of talking in public about this awful thing. But when we decided to set up a charity in her memory, it felt like the right thing to do, and it helps us to feel perhaps that terrible journey wasn't in vain."

The 57 year old actress also appeared in Hope Springs, City Lights, and Emmerdale as Sally Spode.Sian narrowly escaped being paralysed when she fell through a stage trapdoor during rehearsals for a play in April 2007.
After roles in Law & Order: UK, The Paradise, and Merlin, he moved to the US and appeared in several TV dramas including House of Cards and The Exorcist. He also voiced the role of an Irish priest in The Simpsons and had a role in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.In 2008, he made his Broadway debut in a revival of Les Liaisons Dangereuses, earning a Tony Award nomination.
