The Hairy Bikers Instagram account has warned fans of a sick scam involving Si King after the death of Dave Myers
A cruel scam has come to light following the death of Dave Myers, Si King's beloved friend and co-star on the Hairy Bikers. The pair's Instagram account shared a warning about a fake profile asking for money for Dave's family.
"This is a scam so please avoid clicking on anything or giving out any personal information! Please block and report the page. We are aware of the situation and are working to get it resolved. The HB team." "Personally, I am not sure I can put into words on how I feel at the moment. My best friend is on a journey that for now, I can't follow. I will miss him every day and the bond and friendship we shared over half a lifetime. I wish you god's speed brother; you are and will remain a beacon in this world. See you on the other side. Love ya."
A message from her to the Hairy Bikers Instagram page read: "I will never be able to thank you all enough for the massive wave of love, compassion and care that you have shown towards me, Simon and our families in these past days since Dave passed.
