Join us at Northampton’s Royal and Derngate for a week of wellbeing, mental health support and fun between 7-14 May.We’ll be joined by famous names such as broadcaster Jake Humphrey, actor Joe Tracini and comedian Simon Brodkin. You can hear authors like Lucy Nichol and Claire Eastham talk about their own mental health journeys in conversation with BBC Radio Northampton’s Helen Blaby.
Find out about the mental health services available in the county, take part in mindfulness sessions, or lose yourself in Virtual Reality. To round off the week, join us as we get together to party the night away in Northampton Filmhouse as the Eurovision Song contest makes its way to the UK for the first time since 1998.
