Martine Croxall , Karin Giannone , Kasia Madera , and Annita McVeigh argue that their previous settlements with the BBC only addressed historical pay disparities and should not prevent them from challenging discriminatory pay practices since 2020. They also claim they were kept off air for a year after being snubbed for chief presenter roles following a channel merger.
