BBC presenter Iolo Williams has revealed he suffered a heart attack A BBC presenter has revealed he was forced to pull out of his show after suffering a heart attack. Ornithologist Iolo Williams, 61, has been one of the hosts of nature programmes Winterwatch, Springwatch and Autumnwatch since 2019. However, the Welsh presenter recently had to take a step back and take a break from filming after the heath scare. ‘I had a heart attack, and it was very unexpected,’ he’s now shared.
But after those three weeks and a half, she even turned to me and said: “When are you going back to work?”, because we went on each other’s nerves while stuck in the house. ‘But yes, it is nice to be back. They are a wonderful team, not only from what you see on the TV and the presenters that you see, but the team behind the cameras as well. They are wonderful.
