Nick was voted off Strictly Come Dancing last weekend
Strictly Come Dancing 's Nick Knowles has recently issued a health update after his exit from Strictly Come Dancing . The DIY SOS presenter was voted off the show last Sunday when judges decided to save Shayne Ward following the dance off. Nick's time on the show was difficult and he had to dance through an injury on week two after hurting his arm while changing a car tyre. The 62-year-old suffered a further setback on week three when a knee injury forced him to sit out of an episode. .
' In his most recent update, Nick took to Instagram to share another insight into his recovery journey following his Strictly departure. A heartwarming message to his fiance Katie Dadzie read: 'Just a little appreciation post for my lovely star of a fiancée @katie.
