BBC WEATHER’s Carol Kirkwood warned that the UK will be experiencing intense weather conditions for the rest of the week as she explained the Met Office’s weather warnings.
The BBC Weather presenter explained: “We have got some stormy conditions coming our way this weekend.“It is very slowly moving in the direction of the North Sea but hardly an isobar in the centre of it so any showers in there are going to be heavy and prolonged and some of them merging for longer spells of rain.
