The family of a 12-year-old boy who was killed in a hit-and-run crash has paid tribute to a 'fun-loving little comedian' who was 'so beautiful inside and out'. Keaton Slater was hit by a car in Radford Road, Coventry, on Friday shortly after 4.30pm, and was later pronounced dead at the scene, West Midlands Police said. The force released a picture of Keaton wearing a Coventry City football shirt along with a tribute from his family.
Police said one person has handed themselves in at a police station on Saturday evening and they have been released under investigation after being questioned voluntarily.
