Highs will warm into the upper 70s most afternoons beginning Sunday.
MONTGOMERY, Ala. - After this morning’s cool start in the mid-40s, we are in for some much warmer weather in Central Alabama -- both during the afternoons and nights.
As always, remember to download the free WSFA 12 First Alert Weather app. That way you can gain the latest weather information from the First Alert Weather Team wherever you go. Just search WSFA Weather in the Apple App Store or Google Play store today. With the warmer temperatures comes an uptick in humidity/moisture. That will eventually give way to some rain chances. Not tomorrow though, as we will enjoy a mix of sun and clouds with highs nearing 80 degrees.
A better chance of rain showers exists Monday night into Tuesday, especially for areas north and west of Montgomery. The highest overall chance and coverage of wet weather next week will come Wednesday into early Thursday.
