"As soon as everyone found out I was pregnant, that's all anyone wanted to talk to me about. Suddenly, my individuality took a backseat.

But honestly, it felt like there wasn't any focus on me as a person. It's about finding balance and living according to my values without sacrificing my mental health and well-being. I’ve learnt that taking care of myself is crucial to being the best mum I can be.
