Hi-Performance Training in Springbank Industrial Estate is holding a '90 rounds in 90 minutes' workout this weekend
A West Belfast gym is hoping to raise the heart rate and plenty of cash with a big charity workout this weekend.
"At Hi-Performance we come together as a community every year to try and raise as much money as we can for local initiatives," said Hi-Performance owner and coach, James Higgins. "We will divide all money raised between Cash For Kids, the Colin Neighbourhood Partnership, and hopefully people support us so we can help these wonderful charities.
