A kebab shop owner in Belfast has been fined £3,000 after a mouse infestation was discovered during a food hygiene inspection. The premises were found to be unclean and not managed to standard practice.
A Belfast kebab shop owner has been fined £3,000 after a mouse infestation was found during a food hygiene inspection last year.
The officers also found the premises were not kept clean and that the business had "failed to ensure stores were managed to standard practice", a Belfast City Council statement said.The business' owner, Adam Boudissa, received the fine at a sitting of Belfast Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
