'If you told me in January I would have done everything I have so far, I would've said no chance.'
A woman from North Belfast has opened up on how a development programme has helped turn her life around.
Speaking to Belfast Live, Niamh said: "Since getting involved, it's really built my confidence, I've made a lot of new friends for life, and I've developed a lot of skills as well. This month, we're starting a level two youth work qualification then I want to go on to level three and work in youth centres.
YOLO works with young people aged 16-25 who are Not in Education, Employment or Training from North Belfast who are supported and empowered to overcome their personal barriers as well as provided support to overcome barriers into Education/Employment. "I'm hoping to be able to get into youth work, that's what I want to be doing now. It's just about building up those different experiences and developing my skills and qualifications."
