Bellevue police on Tuesday arrested members of a West Coast organized retail theft ring.

Bellevue police on Tuesday arrested members of a West Coast organized retail theft ring who officers claim are responsible for the theft of over $500,000 in merchandise.
Downs and her accomplices allegedly committed multiple retail thefts that totaled over $537,000 on at least 42 occasions, according to police. Bellevue police said the group has targeted mainly Lululemon stores located in western Washington, northern Oregon, and southern California.Police said they worked closely with Lululemon’s regional organized retail crime investigator for the region on these cases.
Bellevue police said they recovered multiple rifles from Downs' home. Downs and her mother are both convicted felons who are prohibited from processing firearms, according to officials.
