Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte on Monday, Jan. 31, issued the guidelines that will be implemented while the city is under the Alert level 2 quarantine status from Feb.1 to 15.
Non-fully vaccinated adults are allowed to go outside their homes only for essential purposes while those fully vaccinated can enter establishments regardless of vaccination status and reasons. Belmonte said that these establishments can accommodate 90 percent of their capacity if all the employees are fully vaccinated.
Meanwhile, the mayor discouraged holding of gatherings with no specific purposes, including in residences with attendees who do not belong to the same household.
