The insider revealed that Violet invited Lynda, adding: 'She looks up to JLo and Lynda and is intent on keeping the bond alive. Ben and Garner, 52, are aware that their daughter is old enough to decide who she wants to hang out with, but they took issue with the meet up being shared online. 'It is unfortunate that her dad didn't work things out with JLo, but it also didn't work out with her him and her mom, and she would rather keep the peace than have any issues,' the source said. 'Violet doesn't want to lose that bond.'It came just weeks after Lopez, who has a second sister, Leslie Scholl, filed for divorce from Ben on August 20, marking what would have been their two year wedding anniversary.
The teen was also spotted wearing one of Lopez's dresses on an outing in Brentwood, California. The pink Dolce & Gabbana gown was worn by the singer on a Valentine's Day date night with Affleck last year. On Sunday, the Oscar-winner broke his silence in the wake of their split to praise her 'spectacular' performance.
