A Benidorm resident has issued a stark warning to anyone planning to visit or holiday in the Spanish resort - and it's all to do with the price of a pint
Benidorm is well known for its party atmosphere and budget-friendly holidays - but one man has a cautionary tale about the cheap pints there.
He advised against visiting establishments advertising €1 pints, describing them as the "bottom of the barrel". Frank emphasised that customers "get what you pay for", suggesting it's worth spending a bit more for a quality drink. He labelled the cheap alcohol as "chemical horrible rubbish", adding: "If you get an upset stomach and all that, your holiday's over". While some commenters defended the one euro pints, claiming they've "never had a problem with them", others agreed with Frank's sentiments, with one writing: "Well done Frank about time someone said it".
