Four people have died of stab injuries at a home in south London, the Metropolitan Police have said.
Four people have been stabbed to death in a house in south-east London.
Officers were called to reports of a disturbance at a home in Delaford Road, Bermondsey, at about 01:40 BST on Monday.A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is in custody at a south London police station, the Met Police said.London Mayor Sadiq Khan tweeted that he was heartbroken. "My thoughts are with the family and friends of those who have lost loved ones in this awful crime," he added.Detectives from the Met's specialist crime unit are investigating and police said next of kin were being contacted.
The middle section of the road has been blocked off with metal fencing and three white forensic tents have also been erected. Heartbroken to hear that three women and a man were killed last night in a devastating incident at an address in Southwark.
