There isn't a hold that all breastfeeding experts would say is definitively better than any other but there has been some research that suggests thatUltimately, though, it comes down to what works for you, your baby and your body. You may find, for example, that a sitting-upright position works a treat for you in the day but another is best at night when you'd rather stay lying down.
