The movie will go straight to Netflix on July 3, but it was originally meant to be produced and released in the 90s.

According to a report by Deadline, it has a budget of $150 million, which would make it one of Netflix's most expensive movies. There will be no theatrical release, as the movie will be released straight to Netflix. The previous highest budget in franchise history was just $70 million for Beverly Hills Cop III.
