MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration will soon deploy 147 more immigration officers to major airports nationwide. “This is part of our continuing goal of improving our manpower by maximizing our plantilla,” BI Commissioner Norman Tansingco said in a statement Wednesday.
