WASHINGTON (TND) — President Joe Biden offered support for former President Donald Trump after apparent gunshots were fired at a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturd

"There's no place for in America for this type of violence. It's sick. It's one reason why we have to unite this country. We can't allow for this to be happening and be like this. We can not condone this," Biden said.while giving a speech at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday. Several loud bangs could be heard as he was talking when he said , “Oh,” and put his hand up to his right ear.

Secret Service and Trump’s campaign said the former president is “fine” and that he was going to a local hospital for treatment. Local authorities said the apparent gunman and an attendee in the crowd are dead.
