Big Brother viewers have threatened to report the show to Ofcom after they were left feeling 'sick' after a scene aired involving housemate Lily on Wednesday night
Big Brother's latest episode on ITV2 saw the housemates waking up to a new task that transformed them into rats. The housemates have been surviving on basic rations and gruel after repeatedly breaking rules by discussing nominations. In one scene, housemate Lily was seen in the bathroom, feeling sick and having toilet troubles after being secretly fed luxury food by Big Brother.
House leaders Ali and Dean have been firmly aligned with Lily, while Khaled, Segun, Marcello and Ali have formed an opposing group, leaving the remaining housemates caught in the crossfire.
