"Public figures can be cancelled for saying the wrong thing, so some individuals may feel hesitant to engage in conversations about sensitive topics such as gender oppression. They may fear saying something offensive or being perceived as insensitive, leading to social backlash.”
One such example was shown in a recent episode when Dylan found himself at odds with Olivia and Trish, two female housemates, who believed that comments made in the Big Brother house were sexist.
