The Place, a 372-unit apartment complex consisting of three seven-story buildings at 2222 Senter Road in San Jose, concept. The project envisions the demolition of the empty office building to clear the way for the construction of the residential buildings. The closest existing residences are a few blocks away to the east on the other side of Coyote Creek, and to the south of the project site.
