Biker dies after horror crash on Scots road as police probe closes A760 for nine hours
A male motorcyclist has tragically died after colliding with a car on a North Ayrshire road. The 52-year-old rider was travelling on the A760 between Largs and Kilbirnie when they were knocked down by a Peugeot 2008 car on Sunday afternoon.
The road was closed for around nine hours to allow for a full accident investigation to take place before reopening at around 12.45am on Monday, November 7.Sergeant Adnan Alam said: “I am appealing for anyone with information regarding this incident who has not already contacted police to get in touch.
