coach Bill Belichick dug deep into his playbook to unleash a few zingers while taking the microphone during Netflix's roast of Tom Brady on Sunday.
Although the whole night was dedicated to making fun of the seven-time Super Bowl champion Brady, Belichick took down another one of his former players—tight end Rob Gronkowski—with a witty joke. "You know, a lot of people connect me with a saying called, 'Do your job.' And telling people to do their jobs,'" Belichick said at the podium."And Gronk, I've been watching you on"Do another job. Do somebody else's job."Gronkowski, who retired from the NFL for good in June 2022, has appeared on the FOX NFL Sunday show alongside Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long and the crew the past two seasons.
