Bill & Ted co-writer Ed Solomon responded to a fan who claimed the sequel will be ‘woke’ due to new female characters., will be ‘trash’ after Samara Weaving and Bridgette Lundy-Paine were cast as the titular duo’s daughters. ‘We all know Bill And Ted Face The Music will be a woke piece of trash,’ a Twitter user wrote to Ed on Twitter.The user said it was because of the ‘two girls he cast’ and added that they thought the filmmakers ‘made them girls to fulfil an agenda’.The fan didn’t appreciate the ‘woke’ characters
‘I know you feel that,’ Ed replied. ‘There’s no agenda – and we made them girls WAY before it was socially a thing. But you’ll believe what you need to believe. I get it. Your facts are way off, though.
