Billionaire Michael Cannon Brookes has further added to his expansive Southern Highlands property portfolio with the purchase of the 9.8ha Greyladyes Farm at Mittagong.The latest was a quick $13 million purchase from veteran property developer Andrew Richardson and his wife Lauren Peters, which sold within a fortnight of its listing late last year. The home had been refreshed, with new stables, too, since selling for $6.3 million in 2020.… spending $13 million on 9.
Set on the north side of Mount Gibraltar, the house had been designed by architect Peter Stronach for Michele Arnott-Scamps and Dale Goodman.
