An investigation has found that father-to-be Chris Kaba, who was shot dead by police in south London on Monday, was unarmed.

Commander Alexis Boon said the incident was ‘extremely concerning’ and vowed the force would co-operate with the police watchdog in its aftermath.
The IOPC confirmed that a single shot was fired and they are looking through footage from multiple angles.
