Scarves are super versatile pieces that can be tied in a million ways, traditionally around the neck or head. However, as BLACKPINK's Jennie's latest outfit proves, you don’t have to resort to traditional styling to rock a scarf in 2024. Recently, Jennie made her way to Paris to attend the Chanel fall-winter 2024 show and, of course, she gave us plenty of style inspiration during her stay in the French capital. Case in point: her wearing a scarf as a belt.
After her Chanel fitting, Jennie enjoyed some free time in the city with her team members and opted for a casual look comprised of a cropped black jacket with statement buttons, a white tee, and some baggy jeans in a classic blue wash. To elevate her jeans, Jennie chose to tie a silk scarf from Chanel around her waist, which she fit through the jeans’ belt loops. Jennie tied the scarf in a simple knot slightly to the side of her hip, giving an otherwise simple look a sophisticated edge.
