Blackpool has been named one of the best cities in the UK for offering the most value for money when buying a property.

New research released by the Office of National Statistics reveals that a record-high average house price across the UK, up 7.8% year-on-year from £275,000 to £305,000. But Blackpool is one of the places that offer the best value for money. Blackpool ranked fourth, with the average property at £305,000 giving homebuyers a home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, 86 square metres and an 80% chance of having a driveway. Research conducted by ConservatoryLand has revealed where homebuyers can expect to get the most value for their money, based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square meterage, chances of a driveway and the type of house across the top 30 most populated UK cities.
