A Blackpool nurse paid herself a whopping bonus of over £26,000, a Nursing and Midwifery Fitness to Practise Committee has heard.
Discrepancies were discovered by the Agency when they found shifts which were not on the system and management stating they did not recognise the signatures on the timesheets. In March 2022, Del-Greco queried why she could not book further shifts to the Agency, but during this phone conversation did not admit her conduct and instead gave false explanations.
As the Trust had not yet paid the Agency the money, the matter was not referred to the Crown Prosecution Service. The report states if the normal process had continued, the Trust would have lost £31,577.31, working on average of £410 per shift.
