Journey to Hell scare nights return for 2024 with four frightening live action experiences and triple the number of rides on offer
Blackpool Pleasure Beach has announced two brand new attractions this Halloween as its annual Journey to Hell scare nights return. Brave thrill-seekers can enter two new live-action scare zones: the Alice and Wonderland-themed ‘Down the Rabbit Hole’ and the bizarre ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’ this spooky season.
There are even more live action experiences on offer: returning for its second year will be The Ghost Train: Vault of Shadows, the world’s first ghost train and notoriously one of the most haunted attractions in the world, which is said to be haunted by ‘Cloggy’, a former ride operator whose footsteps can still be heard. Journey to Hell will see malevolent spirits hiding in the shadows, and Pleasure Beach says there will be far more than the Ghost Train’s creepy animatronics to fear.
CEO of Pleasure Beach Resort, Amanda Thompson OBE, said: “This year, Journey to Hell is bigger and more frightening than ever with two brand new scare zones. After the success of our zone inside the Ghost Train last year, we’ve turned another fan-favourite ride into a terrifying live action area and it promises to be one of our creepiest yet.
