A budget hotel with a famous name is set for Blackpool seafront. The 103-bedroom easyHotel is set for a prime spot along the promenade, opposite Waterloo Road tram station.
The hotel group offers bargain priced and low-carbon hotel rooms in more than 40 locations and is the sister company to the budget airline and holiday package firm.The new hotel is part of a wider £300mregeneration scheme to transform the seaside resort. Located at 429-437 Promenade, the site is close to the Fylde coastal town's South Shore, Blackpool Pleasure Beach and also Central Pier.
