Summary As excitement for the third season of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War runs high, fans of the series were hit with what seemed like bad news, which could actually be good for the series. Apparently, the upcoming installment of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War will feature more CGI than the previous ones, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
In a video posted by Viz Media, the staff, including the director Hikaru Murata, chief series director Tomohisa Taguchi and producer Yoshihiro Tominaga gave updates on the progress of the anime. Murata revealed that the third season of Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War would feature more CGI than in cour 2.
More CGI in Bleach Does Not Always Mean Bad While Fans' Concerns Are Understandable, Some Shows Have Proved that CGI Can Be Done Right Throughout the years, CGI and 3-D in the anime world have gained a negative reputation, and Bleach fans reacted as expected to the news.
