THOUSANDS of music fans have vented their fury after Boardmasters music festival was dramatically cancelled with just 12 hours' notice due to a severe weather forecast.

We got told at 11.30pm last night via social media that it had been cancelled.
"I bought our tickets on See Tickets but didn't get insurance so I'm worried we won't get our money back."Music fan Kristina Powell said she had not been able to sleep for shock after finding out the festival had been cancelled.She said: "My cousins came from London to meet me yesterday. Two more of our friends travelled to Newquay yesterday and stayed in a B&B last night. One more was on an overnight coach and arrived in Newquay at 6am.
