Liverpool teenage midfielder Bobby Clark has yet to resume full training after last season was ended early by a back injury
Bobby Clark is continuing to recover from a back injury having so far been frustrated in his attempts to impress new Liverpool head coach Arne Slot. Clark, who became a first-team squad regular last season and featured in the League Cup final win over Chelsea in February, hasn't featured since a Premier League 2 outing for the under-21s against Arsenal in April.
Clark has instead been working on an individual rehabilitation plan and was a regular at the AXA Training Centre during the close season. It is unlikely he will be part of the squad that flies out on Tuesday for the United States tour. The midfielder signed a new long-term deal in December having missed the first four months of the campaign through injury after impressing during pre-season.
