The BOC said the claimant, who is from Las Piñas City, and the illegal drugs are currently under the custody of PDEA for inquest proceedings. Official records showed that the subject postal item arrived at the Central Mail Exchange Center from Berchem, Belgium via postal service on June 20, 2023. A week later, the claimant was arrested in Las Piñas City.
