Sheriff Mack says Contreras has since returned back to patrol division after being suspended without pay for 30 days.It all started on December 8, around 3:00 in the morning. “I looked and they were on it and I just called in. It was parked right next to this,” the man told the officer as he showed him the parking garage where the UTV was. “As I’m on the phone with 911 they were driving. They came out of the garage and then they were driving south.”It didn’t take long for officers to catch up with the men and confront them.
