The body of a 61-year-old man has been discovered 'face down in the water' just 50m off a popular beach jetty in South Australia on Thursday morning.

The 61-year-old male was discovered in the ocean at Glenelg just 50m off the jetty early Thursday morning.

“It is early in the investigation however the man’s death is not believed to be suspicious,” they said in a statement.His body was discovered with “no signs of violence”.
