Police confirmed the body was found on Sunday
The body of a man who was last seen in a river yesterday has been found. North Wales Police has confirmed the body of missing Brian Perry, who was last seen in the River Conwy on Saturday, November 23, has been found. The force shared an appeal for the 75-year-old yesterday after he was last seen at around 4.30pm wearing a red Berghaus jacket while walking with his wife and dog. He had been waking near Gower Road which has been affected by heavy flooding as a result of Storm Bert.
Chief Inspector Simon Kneale, of North Wales Police, said: “I would like to thank the efforts of all agencies involved in the searches in very difficult conditions and for the local community who supported the teams in the area. “Our thoughts are with the family at this difficult time and they have asked that their privacy is respected.
