They are still fighting for justice
The brother of a man who died while on holiday in Spain announced a "huge step forward" in helping him "lie down in peace". Nottinghamshire entrepreneur Maximillian White, who has made his wealth from medicinal cannabis and owns a property on the holiday island of Mallorca, has announced his brother's body will return to the UK after months of fighting.
Once arrived in the UK, Mr White said they will have an inquest opened into the circumstances of his brother's death. He vowed that he will "bring justice to my brother" - and push for his case to be heard in the European Court. "Now we are just receiving the body that has had two autopsies, being kept in the freezer to be ready for transport. We really do not know what we are going to receive on the other end."
In a statement to Nottinghamshire Live, a spokesperson for Guardia Civil stated that the "man was expelled from the nightclub for his aggressive behavior and refusal to wear a T-shirt". The family, however, claimed Tobias was the one approached by bouncers and an altercation broke out. "My mum just wants to bury him and mourn in peace. My dad has dementia, so I made the decision not to tell him because I would have to tell him every day the same story and it might just turn into a recurring nightmare.
"We have to do it for the people who do not have the money to push these things through. This was a massive step forward and I just want to thank everyone on social media, the people who turned up for Toby's vigil, our MPs, family and friends who really showed their support.
