Several people were shot in Fort Worth while celebrating Fourth of July overnight, police said.
Officials say a man who was swimming in the lake didn't return to his boat after wind picked up Sunday and caused the boat to drift away.FLOWER MOUND, Texas — Texas Parks and Wildlife Department announced that the body of the man suspected of drowning in Grapevine Lake was recovered on Tuesday, July 9.
The department says the man reportedly went into the water without a life jacket and as winds picked up, the boat drifted away. According to the department, the multi-day search continued on Tuesday as the Texas Game Warden Underwater Search and Recovery Team joined Tarrant County Game Wardens and the Grapevine Fire Department.
