“It’s like a bad nightmare episode of CSI,” neighbor Laurie Goeken told KOMO. “It’s a missing person, but it’s somebody that you care about, and it’s real and it’s shocking.” "Unfortunately, we can’t provide anything additional to the public beyond what we stated last night following King County Medical Examiner’s office breaking the news that Mr. Engeland’s body had been recovered," a Mercer Island Police spokesperson wrote in an emailed statement. "The Mercer Island Police Department believes there is no related threat to the Mercer Island Community.
